Christine, Liese and Tess have just finished their first year of medical school at the Pritzker School of Medicine, University of Chicago. They have come for 5-6 weeks to Ibadan to work on individual research projects, mentored by faculty at the University of Chicago in collaboration with faculty at University College Hospital (UCH), University of Ibadan. They have been staying at the Healthy Life for All Foundation (HLF) house on the UCH campus for the duration of our research here in Nigeria.

They reported that everyone has been incredibly welcoming in their short stay in Nigeria, and also impressed with the vivacity and warmth of the local culture. They  said their accommodation in the HLF house is convenient for both walking to the hospital and organizing before leaving for fieldwork for the day. They appreciate the fully functional kitchen, as well as the wireless Internet, comfortable rooms and baths.
